How to get help

CALL offers a number of services for people affected by cancer and other long-term illnesses. Services may including emotional support, practical help at home, support and transport to hospital appointments, outings and social activities.

If you have cancer, are caring for someone with cancer, or have a family member or close friend with cancer, you can find out more about these services and receive help in the following ways:

- Fill in your contact details for an e-mail referral
- Telephone: 0845 123 23 29

Messages may be left if the line is busy.

CALL staff can be very busy out in the community so it is not always possible to take all calls in person, but be assured if a message and contact details are left someone will contact you to discuss your concerns and requirements as soon as possible.

We also have a dedicated section for health and social care professionals , with detailed information about how CALL can support your patients.

CALL is a local charity providing emotional support and home-based practical help to people living with cancer, and other life-threatening illnesses, their carers and families.
