Can we help you?

CALL offers a number of services for people with cancer, their carers and families including emotional support, practical help at home, transport to hospital appointments and social activities. It is important to know the different ways that people can be referred in order to receive any of these services.

People with a diagnosis of cancer, family members or carers may contact CALL by telephoning or emailing any of the local offices. As CALL's staff are very busy out in the community it is not always possible to take calls in person but be assured if a message and contact details are left on any of the 24-hour answer phones someone will contact you to discuss your concerns and requirements.

Another way to refer is to contact CALL's Listening Line which operates every evening of the year from 7.30pm to 10.30pm: 0845 123 23 29.
